I do not recall when I call but I spoke with the "new" person overseeing the Ryan White program and inquired about what could be done with hospitals that do not furnish results within the 48 hours or utilize the available quick tests. He did not have a response at that time but did call back a few days later and said that they did not have any authority in that instance.

Thank you for the input. We are looking for all that we can find to assist this process. Hopefully, we will make some real progress on getting this issue resolved. Congressional contacts have been made....stand by
